Then on March 9th we received an email saying that the company they worked with is no longer in business. We lost an entire week by CVS not letting us know when the order was placed. This was to be a gift for my boss’s birthday on the 17th. So my husband found your website online and immediately called and talked to you. You said you would do what you could to get this done and back to us in less then a week but made no promises.
